I my leasee and paid xzy amt to owner of the house. Due to hearattack owner is dead what should I do get my money back

A.owner of house is dead, not house.
continue to live until you get your money back (if you had agreement) from legal heirs who will claim the house .

A.You can get your money from legal heirs of deceased landlord. Get issued legal notice and file suit for recovery against legal heirs before civil court, if u like my ans PlZ rate my ans, thanks

A.Hi,
If the landlord is dead then his legal heirs will be liable to make payment from the property they inherited. You can demand payment from them and if they fail to make such payment, you can send a legal notice

A.You can get your money from legal heirs of deceased landlord. Get issued legal notice and file suit for recovery against legal heirs.

A.Hello,
If you have the agreement copy, then send a demand notice of the said recoverable amount to the surviving member/legal hire of the owner, who has claimed the ownership right over the premises. You can also recover the amount through court from them.
