NISM(Natinal Institute of Securities Market) terminate my exam due to use of paper and pen for solving big numerical solution.

A.check your admit card.
if it mentions that pen/paper not to be used then you made mistake.
if it was not mentioned then you can challenge it.

A.If the exam conditions did not allowed the use of pen and paper then they were right and you can not do anything about it but in case if that is not the norm and if they have not published that anywhere and even after that they have cancelled your exam then you have a very good case against them.
So, you be very sure about the rules before you take any action against them.

A.Hi,
If the norms of the Examination do not prohibit the use of pen and paper, you can send a legal notice to the National Institute of Securities Market. If there are no explicit instructions stating that using pen and paper will result in your exam being terminated, the institute will not be able to terminate your exam; otherwise, you will have no choice but to follow the guidelines.

Exams can only be terminated in accordance with the institute's prior instructions. These instructions should be delivered in a clear and concise manner to avoid ambiguity. If you have met such a situation, you have a legal remedy; otherwise, Institutes will not consider your inconvenience.
