A.There are two was to tackle this problem.
1. Lodge a police complain stating the fact that country banned liquor is being sold illegally and some people after drinking are creating public nuisance in the vicinity.

2. Write a letter to excise department complaining about the selling of banned liquor in the area and hopefully they will take action. In ace they do not then you can move the high court to seek relief.

A.Hi,
You can lodge a police complaint anonymously at the police station regarding the illegal sale. Alternatively, you can also write to the State Excise department. The illegal sale is a violation of the State Excise Act and attracts action ad penalty under its provisions.

You can still complaint to the Excise and Taxation department. Also consider writing a complaint to the DSP along with a picture of the illegal sale of the liquor. The sale can attract heavy penalties and also imprisonment.
