Denying admission for master degree IGNOU

Hello, I have taken BSC IT course from IGNOU in the year of 2009 in distance mode. I live in west begnal. That was a program with GNIIT and Bsc IT combination course. I have passed it on 2015. I had not any issue whatsoever in employment for that degree. But recently while I tried to take admission on MCA in IGNOU they told me that it is not valid.
What I came to know that in DEB had invalidated courses offered which is not in inside the same state. But I have enrollment of 2009.
I am not sure what to do. Any suggestions will be helpful

A.You have all powers to move the High Court. File a Writ Petition and stand up for the wrongs done against you.

A.Hi,
You have a right of redressal against such discriminatory practices in the High Court under the Indian Constitution. Therefore High Court will be the appropriate forum for you to approach.

A.This is not fair with with the students like you and I am of the strong opinion that you should move the high court against this arbitrary action of IGNOU which is impacted your career and many others like you.
