A.Contract marriage Indian law permit nhi karta hai. Ladki or aap ke bich likha gya aisa agreement aapko labh kar sakta hai ki ladki dwara mere khilaf jhuti FIR lodge karai hai.

Uska intanation shuru se hi blackmail karne ka raha h.

A.Hi,
A contract for marriage non-enforceable in Indian Courts. So, even if the gf approaches the court, the court cannot compel you to marry your gf. You can use this stamp paper to quash the criminal case against you stating that the complain was false and fabricated mainly to coerce you into marrying your gf.

A.Hi,
In India, you contract for marriage is not legally enforceable. So your gf cannot go to court and compel you to marry her. But you can got to court and say that the complaint of the gf is false and motivated as she was forcing you to marry her. This could be set up as defence to quash the criminal case against you.
