In 2016 I breakup with a person then I comes in relationship with a guy, but after sometime I get to know that he was talking to my x and collecting my vedios and pics after knowing it I do brkup with him also. Now the second guy is showing my personal chats, vedios, photos to my x bf and him also to my future in law's house. Is their any way to get rid of it

A.Hi,
You can file an FIR against your former lover and charge him for stalking, cyberstalking, and aggravating mental torture upon a woman and also for defamation under sections 354-D, 509 IPC and 66-A IT Act.

A.Hi,
You can register a complaint against him for stalking u/S 354D IPC and also for hurting your sentiments or downgrading your modesty u/S 509 of IPC. You can reach out to the women wing of your jurisdictional police station.

A.Tell your old ex boy friend that what he is doing is crime under Section 509 of IPC and Section 67A of IT Act for which he can be sent behind the bars if you complain to police. So, he needs to stop doing it or he will have to face the music.

Section 509 in The Indian Penal Code
509. Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman.—Whoever, intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utters any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both.

Section 67A in The Information Technology Act, 2000
78 [ 67A Punishment for publishing or transmitting of material containing sexually explicit act, etc., in electronic form. -Whoever publishes or transmits or causes to be published or transmitted in the electronic form any material which contains sexually explicit act or conduct shall be punished on first conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to five years and with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees and in the event of second or subsequent conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years and also with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees. ]
