Shifted of lamp post outside my premises Shifted of lamp post outside my premises

Kolkata Municipal Corporation had mistakenly and unknowingly erected two lamp posts on our premises.

We have given a written complaint against it to the Executive Engineer light department, Zone-v and requested them to shift those lampposts outside our premises. Although no action was taken on their part rather, they have tried to establish electricity connections on those lampposts. After that we have again made a written complaint to the above-mentioned authority, eventually they have forcefully established electricity on those lampposts at the time of strict lockdown.

I have also send mail to mayor regarding this, no response yet.

What should I do? Local Counsellor is planning to give water connection in my premises, with out my permission for other people, how can I stop this?

Please advice. Police is not going to take GD as govt is doing this, KMC also off the record saying that local counsellor is doing this so that in future she can do the negotiation to pass the plan for my premises. Please give me some legal advice.

A.Jo bhi application's aap ke dawara di gai hai unki certified copy le and un par kya aadesh kiya gya hai. Vah bhi le. After this aap high court me writ file kare. Vahan se aap ko koi aadesh mil sakta hai.

A.See since the KMC is not paying attention to your pleas and what what they are doing is not not only arbitrary but also illegal and amounts to encroachment of private property hence you have a strong ground to make a case against them and move an application of writ in the Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta. Hire a good lawyer from Kolkata and file a case against KMC to get the relief.

A.As you have submitted representation to Higher Authorities then the only way left for you is by filling a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court.
