A.Process is not so complicated but still you need to engage a lawyer who would draft your petition and will file it.

A.You need to file a petition in your local court. Though the process is not critical, better to appoint a local lawyer.

A.There is no application form. You have to draft a Petition, enclose all documents and file like a normal case. It is best to approach a lawyer who will do it for you.

A.Process is very simple ..just file a petition hold 2 to 6 month after counseling divorce is granted ...but what is u r place than tell me details about your marriage disput if possible cantact me
