Case is showing on police record but not on official government web site

In 2015 I was 16 yo and I was part of agitation so police arrested me with some others , because I was under age at that time advocate told us that I have no case against me but now in 2021 I had passport inquiry in station and they say I had case against me so I need to provide them the judgment of court, but if I apply for judgment today friday 25/06/2021 there is possibility of getting at same day but if didn't get it today directly I will get it on Monday,, and the passport inquiry file will be sent back what should I do

A.Hi,
You may request your lawyer to obtain a decree copy. Alternatively, you may directly apply to the court registrar's office by citing the suit number and paying the necessary fee. It is only a matter of routine.

If you already have been adjudged and acquitted in the case, then you can simply approach the court and get a copy of your judgment. The official websites often delay in uploading the judgments and sometimes only upload orders.

A.To get the judgement copy what we call it as certified copy of the judgement you will have to visit the court where the judgement was passed and then apply for the certified copy of the judgement in the copying section of the court by paying the applicable fee. Then they will provide you the certified copy of the judgement. Yes you can download the order/judgment copy from the ecourts only if it uploaded there.
