Dispute regarding Agricultural Survey Dispute regarding Agricultural Survey

Have agricultural land in Raigad, Sudhagad which was fenced by me post private Survey which also had govt survey from previous land owner from whom land was purchased. My neighbour sold his land who again got govt survey which altered boundaries and which reduced my land in hand, to challenge his survey I got govt survey which got my land right again. But New Neighbouring Owner is not ready to honour my survey and He is not ready to Pay or get Fencing done right which he did while doing his survey.

A.Hi,
You can move an application in a civil court and can seek orders against the encroachment of land on your property by your neighbor. You can ask for a permanent injunction restraining your neighbor disturbing the possession of land by you. Since you are in rural area, it would be advisable to get the issue resolved at the tehsildar's office only.

A.Hi,
Since you have got an authoritative survey to prove your fencing, you may register a complaint with the tehsildar regarding the dispute and try to get it adjudicated. You may also file a suit before the civil judge's court of wrongful possession.
