A.Aap apne padoshi ke khilaf police me complaint file kare sakte hai.
Aap civil court me bhi case file kar sakte hai ki mere padoshi dwara jaanbhjkar apne bathroom ka paani choda hai jis se mere makano ko nukshan ho raha hai. Aap water rukwane ke liye court me injunction suit file kare and mandatory injunction bhi court se demand kare ki mere padoshi dwara paani ko roke jaane ke aadesh parit kare isme aap compensation bhi mang sakte hai.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach Police or local authority like municipality and if you have money you may approach Civil Court and get a Court Commissioner appointed and take report on such leakage then Court will pass appropriate orders in your favour.

A.Hi,
Nuisance is an unlawful or unreasonable interference with a person's use of enjoyment of land, or of right over property or in connection with it. In the case of damage to property any sensible injury will be sufficient to make a claim. You should consider sending over a legal notice first and only then file an injunction suit.

A.Hi,
In your case, it seems to be a case of private nuisance. Since the nature of ignorance is not high as in the case of criminal nuisance, you can simply file a suit against him before the civil judge's court and pray for injunction and damages.

A.You can send him a legal notice for this and if he does not act on this then yo can file a civil case on him or a case under law of torts for causing nuisance to you. Get in touch with a good civil lawyer to discuss your case move ahead.
