Fraud AC sold its not working after a month

Hi I have been sold AC in the name of O general brand .it is not working after one month of use .. original bill not provided by owner and after multiple follow ups they refused to refund the amount

A.Legal notice dete hue. Consumer fouram me case file kare. Kyon ki aap ki problems consumer se related hai. Agar aap ke sath shopkeeper se service me kuch defaults hua hai to ya case consumer forum se relate hai.

If you have been sold a defective product then complaint against the seller and company in the consumer court. But first try to raise a complaint in the company's customer care if they fail to solve your issue then complaint against them in the consumer court.

If you are not satisfied with the services then you could file a complaint against the company in the consumer court. also try contacting the company's customer care to solve your issue in case they are not able to and not replace the defective product proceed with filing a complaint against them in the consumer court.
