A.After availing anticipatory bail in the Judgement itself you will be provided with what all directions you need to follow like whether you will have to mark your presence at particular police station after every certain time period or you cannot travel outside the city or Country without permission of the Court etc. Else if you want to finish the issues with your wife permanently I believe you will require to convince your wife for divorce may be by offering her certain one time permanent alimony amount or such other permanent adjustment or you both may visit a marriage counselor and try to settle your issues, hence it's your decision. Thank you.

A.Dear Madam,
Post SC judgement it has been held that
All the State Governments to instruct their police officers not to automatically arrest when a case under Section 498-A of the IPC is registered but to satisfy themselves about the necessity for arrest under the parameters laid down above flowing from Section 41, Cr.PC;
All police officers are provided with a checklist containing specified sub-clauses under Section 41(1)(b)(ii);
If you find this useful please rate me.
