No. Normally when you are enjoying the social status as Christian you are not entitled for SC Certificate. If you take such certificate even if nobody objects but you have to face lot of problems afterwards.

In your case, if you hold all valid documents then you can claim for scheduled caste certificate from Government in Telangana.

A.Under the Indian Law, as the person has been converted to Christianity,therefore,he has been subjected to all the legal protections which a Christian is entitled to get.Christian people falls under Other Backward Classes so he is entitled to get OBC certificate. People under OBC category are entitled to reservation.
