I Am Living In An Apartment From The Past 25 years . But 5 years back a new apartment was constructed besides our apartment. we don't have problem with them. they constructed a separate block with single rooms with entrance and windows facing towards our apartment especially our bedroom which is far away from their apartment and very adjacent to the front block of our apartment where we are living, they allotted those rooms to their respective driver families with free accommodation without constructing the compound wall.hence we are facing lot of nuisance due to their kids shoutings, hell of noise with their tv sounds, toys, we are able to listen very clearly every single word uttered by them even though they close their doors.the whole nuisance is audible to every room in our flat which makes us lack of adequate sleep, no facility to do our career and any work , kindly give some suggestion to solve this without filing a court case. Thank you.

A.Send a legal notice first and then move to court against nuisance. Take some video recordings as a proof to show the level of sound and time of nuisance
