Enquiry about how to null the previous done khatoni

My husband died in 2006 after that everyone adviced me to divide the property among my children to avoid fights and dispute. In 2014 my don got married and after that my daughter in law start tourchering me and harassing me for my husband money .after many arguments my don and daughter in law took all furniture and accessories from my house and shifted to new city leaving me to sleep on the floor without blanket and bedsheet. My daughter comes to know everything and she took me with her.
Now I want to devoiddevoidy previous property portion and wanted to give only to my daughter. But my daughter in law said she wants her portion.She is staying with her own family.she has access to all.my son money and savings. I don't want to give her any thing from my husband property but some lawyer told it can't be done as I have already done the partiton and if could be fine they need 3 lakh rupees. I don't have this much money.
Please help and advice me what I can do .
