A.Dear Sir,
You are attained the age of major and you should not become nervous. You may take personal consultancy from many legal expert to instill confidence in you and in future you should not do such objectionable activities since sometimes her parents may lodge complaints of attempt to kidnap such girl etc.

A.Hi,
Your situation does not fall under the definition of theft as defined by the IPC. According to Section 378 of the IPC, “whoever, with the intent to take dishonestly any moveable property out of the custody of any person without that person's authority, transfers such item to such taking, is said to commit theft.” You can, however, be prosecuted with trespass if your girlfriend points out that there was trespass.
Thank you.

A.Hi,
Your position does not fit under the definition of theft under IPC. “Whoever, intending to remove dishonestly any moveable property out of the custody of any person without that person's permission, moves such property to such taking, is said to constitute theft,” according to Section 378 of the IPC. However, you can be charged with trespass, provided your girlfriend points out that there was consent on her part.
Thank you.

A.Dear Sir,

There is no need to worry about it until and unless any information has been received against you as you have not done anything. Meeting your girlfriend is not a crime but you should have not escape like this.

A.Dear client,

As you have entered somebody else's premises, you might fall under the provision of tress pass u/s 441 of The Indian Penal Code.
It says -
Criminal trespass.—Whoever enters into or upon property in the possession of another with intent to commit an offence or to intimidate, insult or annoy any person in possession of such property, or having lawfully entered into or upon such property, unlawfully remains there with intent thereby to intimidate, insult or annoy any such person, or with intent to commit an offence, is said to commit “criminal trespass".
You might fall into some trouble. If any call or summon comes before you, kindly attend the police station. And as there was a CCTV whatever you have done is recorded. Moreover if no theft can be proved then you have nothing to fear.
The best way would be to confess it to the police about your purpose of going there and also your girl friend should be the witness on your behalf.

Thank you
