Group of ladies mocking and incite for dispute

मेरे पड़ौसी की पत्नी दस वर्षों पहले मेरे घर के सामने खुलेआम शौच बैठती थी, जिसके लिए मना करने पर उसने मुझसे झगड़ा किया, भ्रमवश फोटो खींचने के आरोप लगाकर गालीगलौज किया और तत्पश्चात आते- जाते वक्त मेरे ऊपर अनावश्यक टिप्पणियां करने लगी, अपशब्द बोलने लगी, झगड़ा करने के लिए उकसाने लगी ,इस औरत ने अनेक से झगड़ा किया और अनेक के रूपये खा गई, यह अत्यधिक झगड़ालू प्रवृत्ति की है और झगड़ा होने पर पुरुषों पर झूठे चारित्रिक आरोप लगाकर खुद ही अपने कपड़े फाड़कर हल्ला मचा देती है. पिछले वर्ष तक मौहल्लै की कुछ औरतों के साथ मिलकर मुझे परेशान करती रही, पिछले वर्ष उसका घर बिक गया और वह पास की कोलोनी में किराये से चली गई. अभी भी उसकी महिला साथी रास्ते में बैठी रहती है और मेरे ऊपर कमेंट करके मेरा मजाक बनाती है मुझे झगड़ा करने के लिए उकसाती है. मैं किंकर्तव्यविमूढ़ हूँ. मुझे इन दुष्ट औरतों की शिकायत थाने में करनी चाहिए अथवा नहीं. पुलिस औरतों की सुनवाई पहले करती है. पुरुषों पर झूठे आरोप लगाकर मुकदमा बना देती है. मैं क्या करूँ...?
You can approach the police, and file a complaint against such women who are creating nuisance for you. You can also file a case against them for creating nuisance and defaming you.

You can lodge a complaint against such women with the police. They will surely try to help you out. Otherwise, you can file a defamation case against such women and seek compensation and damages for defaming you and creating nuisance.

A.Dear Sir,
If these incidents are happening in number of incidents and also happening with other people as well then, you along with other men should visit the local police station and file written complaint against those ladies. If more people come forward and give complaint against those ladies, then, the action will be taken against them.
