Is it fine to deposit the aadahar card with old details in court when I have the new Aadhar with different details

In any petition in court if we place old zerox of aadhar card of old address for identity, where there is updated aadhar card also available with me. original old aadhar card is available also. is it legal?
A.There should not be a problem if it is provided just for identity but it is also being provided for residential address proof then you may have issues. Ideally we should never submit the old document when we have a changed document because of the court comes to know it was done deliberately to mislead the court then you can be in trouble.
