As per the hindhu succession act we have right on on property.but partision deed was wrote on 1960 in that partion deed my grandfather not signed which is registered remaining all family members signed.he was died in 1980.other family members enjoying property based on 1960 documents and few more partision and sale registration are done among 1960 document share holders .
If we go to court any favor will come to us.as per limitation act section 65
FOR POSSESSION OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY OR ANY INTEREST THEREIN BASED ON TITLE- the limitation period was kept as 12 years.
But we have right based on hindhu succession act.but nearly 60 years they are enjoying based on documents and title
If I go to court after 60 years any favors will come to me please suggest.

A.Hi,
Your right in the property won't be ceased just because the limitation period is over. However, it is important to raise the issue before the limitation period but here, you can consult a lawyer and raise this issue in court.

A.See what ever has happened for last so many years does not end or terminate your right in the property. You need to speak to a good property lawyer with all your documents and start either a title suit or partition suit depending on his advise.
