NOT RETURNING SECURITY DEPOSIT

Hello. I was living in noida on 27th July ,I informed owner that I would be vacating the flat on 31st of august. as per the agreement we have already completed 6 months and are liable to get back the security deposit, but the owner is delaying it and not giving the accurate reason of this delay.
A.Dear Sir,
By hook and crook you have to get back your advance amount. Tell him that you are not going to allow anybody to enter the vacant premises until and unless your security deposit is returned.

A.Hi,
You have the right to get your security deposit. Even after the proper notice of the said matter if he is not ready to give your security deposit, you can issue him a legal notice by contacting a lawyer. It is also necessary to scrutinize that Rent Agreement.

A.You have not specified that whether you have given notice to that Landlord in this regard or not, demanding interest on each and every day's delay on his part in refund of such security deposit. It is also necessary to scrutinize that Rent Agreement.
