Maine 2015 mei ek school se 7 th class ki thi or jab mujhe tc chaiye thi to school walo ne bola ki aapki fees full submit nahi h. Due to financial condition but fees full submit thi ..par unhone tc dene se mana kardiya ..phir humein kahi or shift hona par uske bad humne bht try kiya tc lene ke liye or har bar same rply ki aapki fees nahi aayi h puri or hum teen bhen, bhai mai or meri sister , or mere bhaiya hum teeno ki tc unhone aaj tak 2021 tak hold karke rkhi hai ...jiski wjha se mai or mere bhen ,bhai kahi or kisi school mei admission nahi le paye ours life are ruined just because of this school ...mai padhai nhi kar payi kyuki jar jagha tc maang rahe the. Aaj bi mai contact krti hu to koi Sun nahi raha meri puri life kharab ho gyi pls help me

A.Hi,
As per the Right to Education Act, no child should discontinue education because of the delay in issuing a TC so, if the authorities of the school failed to issue the TC, the same should be brought to the deputy director of public instructions, and they will take action. You can also file a complaint before the District Consumer Forum alleging the failure in giving TC and thus, deficiency in service.

A.Dear Sir,
Your problem is understood you may get issue a legal notice and try to claim compensation for spoiling your educational career by that school. The School may be afraid of facing litigation before the Courts and may come for compromise.
