Sir I am a 10 student and my correct dob is 2006 but in my school record it is 2005 and the same has been recorded in cbsc board.Due to covid situation I could not have corrected it earlier.What should I do?

A.Dear Sir,
There is a procedure laid down by CBSE Authorities so you have to approach such office and comply the procedure.

A.Dear Client,
DOB needs to be changed within the year of the declaration of result and no request is taken after the year. You have to follow a procedure, first, download the application available on the CBSE website for change of DOB, take the print out and fill the application as per required info about you. You have to mention the correct DONB with mentioned DOB in the mark sheet. Along with this, you have informed them about the mistake to the school principal. Once the principal receives the application, they can verify it and submit it with the school stamp. Then the application will be directed to the CBSE after verification and then DOB will be rectified and a new mark sheet will be delivered to the school. Secondly, changes after a year, then the application should be routed through relevant channels no direct application to CBSE would be accepted.
