Notice Notice

If I don't want just the formal apology but a monetary compensation (civil) or jail(criminal) to the accused, what should be said in the defamation notice?
If I pay the court fee at once place for defamation suit and if court says it doesn't come under their jurisdiction, will they just transfer the case to the appropriate jurisdiction?
OR
I'll have to let go the fees paid and file a new defamation suit at new place/jurisdiction with again paying the court fees?

What are next options ahead me if case goes in favor of the accused?

A.Dear Sir,
You have not given appropriate background of the case. On territorial jurisdiction the file will be return to you with a direction to present the same before the concerned Court by yourself.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

A.Dear Client,
Whatever punishment you want, you can write it in the prayer pleading the court to provide those remedy to you. For monetary compensation and jail you have to show the intensity of that defamation and the loss it caused to you.
In case the court dispose the court at initial stage without hearing evidence, then 50% fees can be refundable rest depend on the type of case and court decision. to claim court fees you need a certificate to be issued by magistrate of the case.
Thank You.
