Sir/Madam, I have purchased a plot in UDA approved layout in the year 2017 in Andhra Pradesh. The origin of the property was a Hatiramji mutt land. The Commissioner, Endowment department had called for the tender cum public auction for sale of the 6 acres mutt land in the year 2003 and after finalization of the tenders, the Administrative Officer, Hatiramji Mutt has executed a sale deed and registered the property in the name of the Lowest tenderer through Sub-Registrat office. Then, the Lowest tenderer obtained approvals from UDA and converted the land into residential plots and sold it to the customers in the year 2012. Then I have purchased one residential plot in the approved layout from the vendor in the year 2017. Now, the Govt(Endowment department) have listed the entire Survey number in prohibited properties list under 22A-1(c) and the sub-registrar refused to sale/register the property at present. Need a advice what to do.

A.Dear Sir,
Please consult local lawyer having more knowledge in local laws.

I could have explained more if background is known to me. If background is made known in full then legal experts will be in position to understand correctly. Moreso, the background must be in brief.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.
