Documents for removing objection during mutation

After my father's death, I am transferring farmland to my mother which is not ancestral property. My father bought that land from another person. But during mutation process my paternal have submitted an objection letter to tehsil office that the property is ancestral. So mutation is put on hold know. So what all document and procesdure I need to do to remove this objection.
A.Dear Sir,
You may approach higher revenue officer and get mutation done by producing documents related to title of your father which indicates that it was his self acquired property.
I could have explained more if background is known to me.
