A.Dear Sir,
My answers are as follows:
1. Does a judge need the concern of both the plaintiff and defendant advocate.
Ans: The judges need not take consent of both the advocates to pass judgment if one of the advocate is not ready to advance arguments.

2. Is a judge answer able to bar council.
Ans: The judge is not answerable to bar council.

3. can a bar council members influence a judge
Ans: In many cases out of record such influence is being made on the judges, in such circumstances it is better to get the case transferred to another district.

I could have explained more if background is known to me.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

A.Judges give verdict according to the merits as specified through pleadings of the case. A Judge is neither answerable to Bar Council nor he is liable to be influenced by any influential person. If you are dissatisfied with the verdict then on points of Law, you are entitled to challenge that Decree/Order through Revision/Appeal before the Appellate Forum within the stipulated period of time.
