Legal notice by my owner Legal notice by my owner

Dear Sir/ Madam
My rented house lease gets over by dec 2021 but my owner has given me a legal notice to vacte the house by 12th nov 2021 as i hvent been able to pay him the rent since i lost my job during covid & all my deposit amount has been used. I need to pay him all the dues before vacting the house n i am not strong financially plus i need money to take up another house n i am worried thay i will go homeless. I have no choice but to commit suicide than to bear the shame.
Pl advice what could be the consequences if i am unable to pay the dues before vacating the house n if there is a way out if i could come to an agreement of settling the amount.

A.Dear Sir,
Let him go to the Civil Court by filing suit for eviction and it will take years together to decide. You need not think of committing suicide etc. because COVID situation brought everybody to poverty level.

A.Dear client,
the consequences would be that the owner can drag you to the court and you will have to bear the costs of litigation. You can negotiate with the owner to pay the amount by increasing interest at a later point in time when you are financially stable.
Thank you
