Sir, I have taken loan amount of Rs 1,20,000/- by keeping blank promissory note and cheque in 2013 from local financier (not registered), witnessed by my friend and his party. In 2018 he filed a complaint OS in civil court and filled the promissory note with Rs 3,50,000/- with Rs 2/- interest rate. promissory note date is written 2016. Now case proceedings are running and I am trying to negotiate with him for paying the principle amount plus Rs 1,00,000/- but he is asking to pay 4,50,000/- for withdrawal the case. Pls advise.

A.As litigation is pending in this regard so to give opinion it is necessary to scrutinize the pleadings of that matter to analyze the merits and demerits of the matter as a whole in the context of the documents filed for adducing evidence.
