Tenant rights to claim while landlord forces to vacate a shop Tenant rights to claim while landlord forces to vacate a shop

I run a shop at chennai being a tenant for long tenure at a old building and the landlord want to demolish and construct a new building at same place so he wants me to vacate and after constructing a new building he says that I can be a tenant but I fear he might not allow, I have been paying all my rent on time without fail. So any legal procedure for tenancy rights so that I don't miss out this place .

A.Dear Client,
You can get into an agreement with your landlord for booking your place in his new building or if there is some condition in current rent agreement for future construction of property then it will also work.
Thank You.
