A.Dear Client,
When a caveator anticipates some of the legal proceedings to be filed against him in the near future, he can file a petition which is known as a caveat in any Civil court of original jurisdiction, High courts, Supreme court and appellant courts. So, it is valid for a consequent civil suit.
Thank you

A.Every Court having it's own jurisdiction and caveat filed in State consumer commission could have been filed for restraining the opposite party seeking to file particular appeal or any other remedy sought there only without hearing the cavetor. It may probably not be applicable for HIGH court or City Civil Court proceedings.

A.It is necessary to know before which Court of Law that caveat has been filed because that will be applicable for that Court only.It is also necessary to know what is the judgment of the State Commission. To give legal opinion, the relevant facts are required to be known.
