Sir, Recently I given complaint to my area Police station against my neighbours. They hitting my bike, damage it, block my path intentially, threatening me, tracking my day today activities, making more noise with kids and damaging my house also.. The police didn't take any action against them even I gave some proofs in pendrive. Some political influenced persons behinds to them. What can I do to take action against them legally??? I want to punish them legally since they intentially disturbing both me and my mother past five years. I can't tolerate their illegal activities.

A.Hello,
Directly you could not approach to the commissioner, but you already made 3times report to police station then you again moved to the commissioner of police that the said PSO PS could not taken action against your report.
Except that if commissioner also not taken action then you moove to the JMFC court for registering of FIR.
You should contact your nearby Advocate who properly guide you.

A.Since there's a political involvement that's the reason local police is not entertaining any complaints. Beside these allegations are more civil in nature. If they cause your any physical injury then I would have suggest you get an MC from a government hospital and FIR would be lodged automatically. In that circumstance they would have got arrested and produced before court. However this is not in your case as of now. What you can do is lodge a complaint with the local police and file an application u/s 144(2) Cr.PC restraining the neighbour from causing any breach of peace. For filing such petition please contact Vidhikarya's local lawyer.

Firstly the complaint I gave to Commissioner of Police only. They only directed me to Local area Police Station. Till date we gave three complaints to Local area Police Station against my neighbours. But there is no action taken so far. With the support of Police department only my neighbours tracking my phone calls, sms, online bank transactions everything..
Can I file a legal case against them?? In which court?? We have Madras High Court bench in Madurai..
Please guide me madam.. I want to punish them.I lost my family peaceful, respect, dignity everything Because their Mental torchures, Harassment, threatens and spreading rumours etc...My lost my parents also. Father died in 2014 due to heart attack and mother died in 2018 due to illness. They tortured both of them also. My enemies main target is me only. Because of me only my family members also suffered and faced lot of problems..
