COURT NOT RESPONDING COURT NOT RESPONDING

I had filed a maintenance case against my husband and the court had order him to pay a certain amount(around 10% of his monthly salary) as monthly maintenance to both me and my son( till his maturity). However he has not payed a single paise to my son and also paid me irregularly initially. We filed a case for the payments of the maintenance dues and also increase the monthly maintenance amount but now neither my advocate nor the court is paying any heed. In every date we get to know that our documents are missing from court and other similar excuses. My son's education is on the verge of getting stopped and he could not even take admission in a engineering/medical college because of lack of financial support previous year. What should I do? Please help

A.File an application before hon'ble court for paying maintenance dues by your husband. Domestic violence case is not solution because it takes delay for processing.you are already entitled for maintenance.hence request to hon'ble court for sending summons to your husband for paying maintenance.if he denies then court may issue arrest warrant.kindly contact to our vidhikarya legal firm for legal assistance.

A.You may raise your grievances before Hon'ble High Court . Side by side you may also file a case under Domestic Violence Act claiming compensation against your husband. You may also file a criminal case for harassment and torture against your husband.
