My brother used to work in a liquor shop. in this financial year the shop manager is unable to provide the 5lac loss. shop owner is asking the manager to provide the 5lac else he will do FIR against the manager. In the meantime the owner started miss behaving with the staffs and not increasing the salary. yesterday owner miss behaved with my brother, so my brother left the job. now the owner is asking my brother taken 5lac and he will do fir against my brother. please help me with advance.

He may file a general diary with the local police station to protect himself. When the store owner makes a complaint against him, the police will recognise this and take appropriate action. Allow the business owner to submit a complaint, after which you can seek legal assistance from a lawyer who will be able to defend you.

A.If your brother is sensing some kind of threat then he can lodge general diary with the local police station to safeguard himself. When the shop owner files a case against him the police will understand that and act accordingly. Also let the shop owner file a case then you can approach a lawyer who will be able to defend you.
