Physical Area is less in HAL Sketch Map

I purchased a land during September 2011 measuring an area Acre 1.01Decimil in Kasibahal Mouza under Dharamgarh Tahasil with details as under.

However,during the settlement process during 2013-2014,the said plots, hereinafter called HAL Plots,details of which are as under.

2036 Acre0.70Decimil
In the mean time ,the said HAL Plots have been examined and are erroneous as the total area in the Map when measured physically is quite less than the mentioned area .
As the area has been reduced,the remaining area which should be mentioned in the MAP may be sold to other party by the owner.Legally how shall I stop the selling of the said land on urgent basis?
A.Dear Sir,
You may claim compensation in respect of deficit area or cancel the contract to purchase the plot.
Taken money for providing jobs but now he is now is refusing to pay the money.
