Loan app (robocash) sending legal threats through sms

I have been getting some legal threats and notices from a loan app. They have charged me a huge amount. They also sent me a notice over the mail that was editable and the law firm does not exist with an invalid phone number. Can you please help me in understanding how to deal with this situation?
A.You can send them a reply through an advocate and also you can file a cybercrime complaint against them in the police station with all the details. In case they are threatening you then you do have a criminal case against them.

You can file a complaint against that app in the cyber cell and send a legal notice to them and you can also file a case under fraud as they fake the law firm but you have to confirm it with lawyer name.
