Get possession in SRA section 6

In my case, Plaintiff is saying he was tenant in my property and he not get possion in SRA section 6 bcoz he has no document/ evidance to prove his case. Currently he is not in possion last 3 year.
Due to same personal reason my full family is shifting in other state (out of Gujarat). For that i want to sell my property.
Or shall i get same order from high court to sell property during pandacy of my case
