Regarding Claiming Company Ownership or Investments Back

One person who offered me to work on a start-up together in March 2020 is putting me out of the company now when he is getting funding. He told me that I'm not eligible for company registration and become Director at the time when company was getting registered. What legal steps can I take now to claim my ownership or financial investments and intellectual Properties back?

A.Did yo not get the shares when you joined the company? If not then it seems that you have been cheated. Did you execute any agreement or MoU or any document showcasing your entitlements? If yes then you can challenge the founder legally and get what you deserve.
