I have rented a shop for 20000rs per month in that complex last week i have asked other shop how much rent they are giving they said above 40000rs per month so i have checked my rental agreement there 3 months notice period and coming july 2022 it wiill expire.I am going to give 3 months notice period to vacate shop because in that area they are giving above 40000rs per month.if tenant not vacating what to do next.I am ready to give maximum 1 year time to vacate the shop.

A.Dear Client
As per the agreement the tenant should be vacating the shop once the tenancy is over or when you serve him a notice of terminating the agreement. If he does not then you can file a case for eviction of the tenant.
Alternatively you can ask him to pay 40,000 from next time onwards and let him continue there.
