Recently I visited a shop in Kirti Nagar New Delhi for furniture purchase. I finalized a sofa there and deposited 20000 rs plus 18% GST via card as advance. Later I discovered that they were not fair with their prices. So I tried to cancel my order but they refused. And after multiple requests they said that We can buy any other item. (We didn't want to because of lost trust on quality and prices) still we finalized a centre table.and after visiting their store multiple time and after 2 months of paying the money they showed us a table which is of very poor quality and that too for the price rate which is far higher than the market price. What shoud I do?

A.Dear Client
You should send them a legal notice asking for cancellation of the purchase on the ground that inferior quality product is being delivered to you. If they do not refund your amount then you can move the consumer forum against them.
