I want execute a mutual agreement with my clients authorising (PoA) me to execute trades transactions in his/her trading account. Also, I will have another agreement of "Friendly Loan" with that client.
Just wanted to know whether these type of documents legally viable through registered, notarized or Digitally E-signed through Adhar OTP? I am preferring Digitally E-signed online through Adhar OTP method as it is cost effective and convenient. plz guide me through... Thanx..

A.Dear Client,
An unregistered PoA is legally valid but for future safety, it is advisable to get it registered after a notary. An e-sign is also legally valid as per Schedule II, IT Act but again registration is advised in each case.
Thank You

A.Dear Client
An unregistered POA or notarised POA is not legally valid and as per the law the POA must be registered to make it legally valid. If you are not able to get the POA then get some kind of authorization letter to perform transaction on their part.
