Fear of Violation of privacy

Three years ago, somehow forcibly i sent a nude pic. to one of my classmate. I couldn't deny him, the situation wasn't like that i could deny him. I sent it but within 1 minute only i unsend it. But I'm fearing that he might have saved that pic.somewhere and can leak it anytime he wish to do so. I'm not in contact with that person for 2 years but the fear is constantly damaging my mind that if he leaks it and if i do not come to know about this..it will ruin my social life.
What should I do?

You may contact the person and ask the person to delete the picture and record the conversation, for proof. Else, if you want to proceed legally then you may take help of an advocate who can talk to him for you with some minimal charges. In case, the scene worsens, you may proceed to your nearest police station and file a complaint against the same person or move to the court and raise a case for the same
