Land Mutation seller was expired Land Mutation seller was expired

I have registered land in 2012 but i have not applied for mutation, in 2020 the seller was expired and after that in 2021 jan her 2nd wife updated her name in Dhanani records with succession process, is it possible to apply mutation now from seller wife name to my name with her husband dearth certificate?

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach the higher revenue officer and as per the Sale Deed her name will be deleted and your name will be entered.

A.As you have registered purchase Deed in your favour, therefore, it is necessary on your part to immediately challenge that mutation in the name of the second wife of that deceased Seller. Until and unless you challenge that mutation by giving notice to the concerned Authority as well as to the second wife of that deceased seller, your interest will be seriously prejudiced.

A.Dear Client
The mutation process varies little bit from state to state and most of the places you don't need the seller to be present. What you need is just the last conveyance deed or sale deed to be presented to the mutation office for the records to be updated. You can visit the mutation office and find out about it in your location.

A.Dear Client,

In case of death of the owner, the following documents are required:
1.Death Certificate
2. Copy of Will or Succession Certificate
3. Indemnity bond & Affidavit
4. Latest property Tax paid receipt
5. Copy of Sale Deed
