Property transferred without concent

We had a agricultural land in Udupi, my mamma had taken my mom and dad to.his home and without providing complete information on transferred the property to his name..he was an NRI at that time and had visited village. He has not taken consent from daughter and son. Property was sold for 25percent of the current value and also amount was paid over period of 2 years. This is almost five years can there be any legal case filled against this
