I am serving in private Company in Jamshedpur. I had filed partition suit in 2015. Against the preliminary decree of the suit, i appealed in the court of district Judge . The appeal got allowed in Aug, 2018.
All parties of dispute were cultivating on more or less area of land than their shares in their possession peacefully awaiting for the final decree. But after my appeal, my uncle become abusive, violent and threatened me to kill. He uprooted the vegetable plant and captured the land in my possession and did not let me cultivate. No other party got affected by him. In such a scenario, can I get relief from the court? Can any legal action be taken by police? Can I pray the Court for Cost?
