Abhi govt job ke attestation form me ek ques hai have you ever been prosecuted ?
Isme mujhe kya likhna hai kya mai prosecuted hua tha?
A.Dear Client,
Prosecution means the process of officially charging somebody with a crime and of trying to show that he/she is guilty, in a court of law. In your case you weren't prosecuted and that case of yours is completed with final report. So, you may write no you are not prosecuted.
Thankyou.

A.Dear Sir,
You must say that you have not been prosecuted at any point of time. The cases were ended in compromise as such you are free from criminal record.
