Typo error in sale deed

In sale deed that got registered, instead of S/o its mentioned as 'bin' in front of my father name. What can be done here!?

You need to immediately get in touch with the sub registrar to seek the correction. if he allows the correction on the same document then you are saved of lot of cost and hassles. If not done then you will have to make a rectification deed for the same.
