Property documents and adhaar card name mismatch
2 years ago
Property was bought by my mother in 1994 with her old name. Later she changed her name in Adhaar card. now she has house on her new name. What to do if she wants to sell the property with old name?
A.Dear Client,
You will need to rectify the sale deed to show your name in conformity with the aadhar. You must bring your and you previous transaction records to show how your name appeared therein.
Thankyou

A.Dear Sir,
Just use her name as XYZ alias ABC which indicates previous name and present name. It solves your problem.
