Dear Lawyers I am virender Kumar a Rajput from panipat and i was in love with a punjabi Girl named kirti sukhija. We were in a relationship from last year and i have all the proofs regarding this like voice recordings and pics and chats. But on 11th of august 2018 she said no to me for marraige without any reason so for that i went to her house with my mom and dad and met her father and brother but they were not ready to listen not even a single word after that she complained in women cell and put some acts on me 354a, 354D,506,34ipc. Now me and my family in trouble. I dont have much time suggest me the best as soon as possible

A.You know for sure now you are in trouble & your parents also being involved.Under the law relationship & marriage are viewed differebtly, secondly you cannot fource a girl to marry you upon relationship that too the girl is not ready & refused, you should have restrained from taking up the issue with their family.Now the compalined in women cell is also serious issue,better to consult a Professional family matter expert lawyer for necessary guidance,help & protection quickly,otherwise you will come into serious trouble & law will take it own cource.

A.We are all seeing that in this public forum you have mentioned a girl by name and her state and say that you were in a relationship her, which is severely objectionable. you have admitted to making recordings of your chats and kept her pics. This admission of yours may also give rise to filing of more complaints against you under more sections. Do something about this.

A.Meet the Police and show them all the proofs.
Once they know that truth about the relationship, they will try to help you and your family in all possible ways.

Police will never listen to me. As complained has been filled by gilr's side. So they will not listen to me. I got a call from police station she said to come in police station. And said that now u have to go to jail
