RCOP case eviction order issued. In order to collect the pending rent arrears till date approximately more than Rs. 10 Lakhs + other mesne profits + miscellaneous, we need to file the petition to recover.
I am trying to find the movable and immovable Property Details of the person.
As the sublet tenant is working at mosque as Imam, we have sent an RTI to find his monthly salary from Tamil Nadu Waqf Board.. But they said that they do not have that information.
How can I get his information of monthly salary in order for us to submit to the court to recover our pending rent from his salary?
If I give lawyer notice to the mosque asking for Imam salary details? Will the mosque management oblige to give those salary information of Imam?
What are the possible ways to obtain that information?
A.Dear Sir,
You can file application under Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code to issue a direction to the concerned authority to furnish such salary details or summoning to give evidence on your behalf.
